We accept all major credit cards.

All items ordered and paid for will ship within 7-10 business days unless otherwise noted in description of product or on our website.

SHIPPING

For U.S. Orders:
We primarily ship through UPS & USPS. After shipping, please allow another 2-5 business days for your order to arrive.

SHIPPING RATES
​
Our products are enclosed in all PET vessels. We take every measure to safely package our ingredients to your doorstop to ensure safe arrival and hence shipping may be slightly higher than one might expect. The shopping cart provides the closest possible estimate on shipping + handling and may require slight adjustments to the shipping total. Shipping charges are based on size and weight of package(s).

TRACKING:

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receiving a tracking number. Keep in mind it may take up to 24 - 72 hours for information to appear in the shipping carrier's database.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

PLEASE double check your shipping address when ordering. If you enter the wrong address, it is your responsibility to make sure we have corrected it in our database by emailing us as soon as possible. Shipments delivered to the wrong address due to your mistake are not our responsibility. Should your package be returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

Please place a separate order for items going to multiple addresses. Shipping charges are calculated for each order separately

Return Policy
No exchanges or Returns on items purchased.

Please note: Our products are handmade and therefore, slight variations are expected. Though we always strive for consistency, without machines, this is not always possible. We do want you to be consistently satisfied with the products you receive. We understand that occasionally circumstances beyond our control may sometimes result in imperfect merchandise.
